Financial Stewardship and Pledge

Pledge Information

Stewardship is recommended to be 10% of one’s total annual income, this is known as tithing.

Determine your total annual income before taxes and divide by 10. This is your annual tithe, 10%.

Percentage Giving

If you can’t give 10% right now, Percentage Giving is a great way to get you there over time.
- Determine the total amount you’ll donate in 2025; divide that number by your Total 2025 income, this amount is the % you donated in 2025.
- For 2026, increase that by 1% of your Total 2025 income (or 2026 Income if you know it). Each year determine if you are able to give at a higher percentage. And continue increasing by 1% or more every year until you reach 10% or more. If things change during 2026, either positive or negative, please talk with Father Jeffrey and the treasurer to adjust.
This is a guideline. Your stewardship is meant to be a sacrifice, not necessarily comfortable. It is part of your personal relationship with God and your way of giving back just a portion of what He has given to you. It is your active and personal commitment towards your salvation into the kingdom of heaven.
